By purchasing any of our services, you the "CUSTOMER" agree to Hammarica.com LLC’s terms, which are subject to change at Hammarica.com LLC’s sole discretion. CUSTOMER is subject to approval. If CUSTOMER is not approved by Hammarica.com LLC to be its client, CUSTOMER shall receive a refund in full.
When CUSTOMER purchases any of the BLOG PROMO STARTER, BLOG PROMO GOLD, BLOG PROMO PLATINUM services or the BLOG PROMO ROCKSTAR subscription plan, CUSTOMER is responsible to upload all the correct information to the designated web form made available to CUSTOMER after purchase by Hammarica.com LLC, including, but not limited to the complete and final (news) story, contact information, titles, images and any added embed, hereinafter referred to as the "POST." After a POST is uploaded, Hammarica.com LLC may choose to fix any error or to refrain therefrom at its sole discretion. Any POST will be published no later than 10 business days after the POST has been uploaded. POSTS will be marked as sponsored, promoted and/or boosted. POSTS may be edited at Hammarica.com LLC's sole discretion including, but not limited to headline, writing style and grammar. Faster service at Hammarica.com LLC’s discretion when planning allows. Edits to POSTS after they are distributed to the other websites within the Hammarica Network are not included in the service. If, at the request of CUSTOMER, Hammarica.com LLC agrees to make edits, Hammarica.com LLC may choose to charge an extra fee.
After the POST is published on the relevant websites within the Hammarica Network in accordance with the specific purchase CUSTOMER made, Hammarica.com LLC will send CUSTOMER a report detailing all placements of the POST within the Hammarica Network.
To be eligible for a refund, CUSTOMER must notify Hammarica.com LLC in writing with a request for refund within 30 days of purchase. When Hammarica.com LLC has not approved any POST, CUSTOMER shall receive a refund in full from Hammarica.com LLC.
When a POST is approved and published on the websites within the Hammarica Network in accordance with the specific purchase CUSTOMER made, CUSTOMER won't be automatically entitled to a refund. Hammarica.com LLC shall have the sole discretion to determine if CUSTOMER is granted a refund and/or given a credit.
If Hammarica.com LLC has approved a POST, the total refund shall be pro rated to account for the work done by Hammarica.com LLC at its sole discretion. If CUSTOMER fails to send Hammarica.com LLC a request for refund in writing within 30 days of purchase, CUSTOMER shall not be eligible for a refund.
Success and views of POSTS depend on the quality of the music, story and/or submitted materials as well as pro-active engagement of CUSTOMER.
