By purchasing any of our plans, you the "CUSTOMER" agree to Hammarica.com LLC’s terms, which are subject to change at Hammarica.com LLC’s sole discretion. CUSTOMER is subject to approval. If CUSTOMER is not approved by Hammarica.com LLC to be its client, CUSTOMER shall receive a refund in full.

When CUSTOMER purchases either the DANCE MUSIC PR STARTER, or the DANCE MUSIC PR VIP subscription plan, CUSTOMER is responsible to upload all the correct information to the designated web form made available to CUSTOMER after purchase by Hammarica.com LLC, including, but not limited to the complete and final (news) story, contact information, titles, images and any added embed, hereinafter referred to as the "POST." After a POST is uploaded, Hammarica.com LLC may choose to fix any error or to refrain therefrom at its sole discretion. Any POST will be published no later than 10 business days after the POST has been uploaded. POSTS will be marked as sponsored, promoted and/or boosted. POSTS may be edited at Hammarica.com LLC's sole discretion including, but not limited to headline, writing style and grammar. Faster service at Hammarica.com LLC’s discretion when planning allows.

When CUSTOMER purchases either the DANCE MUSIC PR MASTER, or the DANCE MUSIC PR ROCKSTAR subscription plan, CUSTOMER shall be responsible to send Hammarica.com LLC all the correct information, including, but not limited to correct story information, contact information, titles, images and any added embed, hereinafter referred to as the "INFO & MATERIALS." CUSTOMER shall allow Hammarica.com LLC up to 10 business days to create a professional (news) story from the INFO & MATERIALS, hereinafter referred to as the "NEWS STORY." Such NEWS STORY shall then be published on the Hammarica Network and shall be marked as sponsored, promoted and/or boosted.

Any POST created under the DANCE MUSIC PR VIP subscription plan as well as any NEWS STORY shall be referred to as a "PRESS RELEASE."

A PRESS RELEASE shall be sent out through an email campaign to Hammarica.com LLC's relevant media relations in accordance with the total number of PRESS RELEASES purchased per plan, hereinafter referred to as a "PR CREDIT." Hammarica.com LLC shall lead the follow-up with any interested parties from the media. CUSTOMER may use their PR CREDITS at any moment during a billing cycle. Unused PR CREDITS shall not carry over to the next billing cycle.

To be eligible for a refund, CUSTOMER must notify Hammarica.com LLC in writing with a request for refund within 30 days of purchase. When Hammarica.com LLC has not approved any POST or has not drafted or finished any NEWS STORY, CUSTOMER shall receive a refund in full from Hammarica.com LLC.

If Hammarica.com LLC has approved a POST, drafted or finished NEWS STORY, or if CUSTOMER used one PR CREDIT of their plan within this period, the total refund shall be pro rated to account for the work done by Hammarica.com LLC at its sole discretion. If CUSTOMER fails to send Hammarica.com LLC a request for refund in writing within 30 days of purchase, CUSTOMER shall not be eligible for a refund.

Success and views of POSTS and PRESS RELEASES depend on the quality of the music, story and/or submitted materials as well as pro-active engagement of CUSTOMER to work with media relations and re-post news items and media appearances. Results and placements in media achieved previously are no guarantee of media placement now. It's CUSTOMER's responsibility to track media results (use our tutorial).
